1. 15-Minute Sunlight Walk

Subah ki halki dhoop Vitamin-D ka sabse bada srot hai. 2026 ka sabse bada trend hai “Morning Sun Gazing”. Subah ki dhoop mein 15 minute tahalne se sharer ka Circadian Rhythm (biological clock) set ho jata hai, jisse raat ko neend acchi aati hai aur stress kam hota hai.

2. Copper Water & Hydration

Subah uthte hi sabse pehle 1-2 glass garm paani piyein. Agar yeh paani taambe (copper) ke bartan mein rakha ho, toh iska fayda dugna ho jata hai. Yeh aapke metabolism ko boost karta hai aur sharer se toxins ko bahar nikalta hai.

3. No-Phone Zone (Pehla 1 Ghanta)

Digital Detox ki shuruat subah se karein. Uthte hi notifications check karne se dimaag mein dopamine spike hota hai jo anxiety paida karta hai. Pehle ek ghante mein diary likhein (journaling) ya meditation karein.

4. Stretching aur Yoga
